Doing Good Cause together with
Habitat for Humanity
On the 4 of December 2021, the Semeru Mountain erupted. To aid the villagers of Kabupaten Lumajang, the Spring eld Student Council decided
th
to run with two fundraising events to help and support the repair through collaboration with Habitat for Humanity.
Two events were held to gather student’s interest and participation; Class Royale and a Charity Concert.
During Class Royale, they raised funds from the sponsors by providing a
mobile game competition without any registration fee. The more players
joined, the bigger the possibilities we could attract for sponsors. While for
the Charity Concert, they took the courage to hold the concert in their very
own school theater. Having almost 200 attendees and around 1.2K views in
Youtube, the Charity Concert was able to raise 22 million rupiah from the
ticket sales and direct donation through Kitabisa.com. All funds collected
from these events was donated to Habitat for Humanity to meet urgent
needs in Semeru such as sanitation, water and house repairs.

possible.
