Learning By Doing
Fine motor skills refers to the coordination between small muscles, like those of the hands and ngers, along with the eyes. With the
development of ne motor skills, a child is able to complete important tasks such as writing, feeding oneself, buttoning, and
zipping just to name a few!
Developing ne motor skills can be done anywhere. There are plenty of everyday tools that can be used to exercise a child's hands. At home,
simple chores can play a key role in strengthening children’s hand muscles. Doing house chores also helps students to be responsible and
helpful around the house.
This year, our Kindergarteners have to study from home, but this does not stop them from getting their tasks done! Students performed some
house chores, such as sweeping the oor, wiping tables, washing dishes, and folding clothes. They really tried their best
to accomplish these tasks.
Well done kids!
